Job Description

Hybrid | Contract | Kansas City, MO Morgan Hunter is partnering with a large, well-established organization to add a Program Coordinator to a collaborative team supporting strategic programs and initiatives. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, improving processes, and keeping teams organized while working in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and sees the big picture. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, bringing new ideas to the table, and can take ownership of projects with minimal direction. Responsibilities Coordinate meetings, events, and program logistics across multiple initiatives Manage calendars, invitations, and communications for team programs Maintain and organize SharePoint sites, shared folders, and program documentation Create and update templates, tools, and resources that improve team efficiency Support onboarding materials, presentations, and project documentation Track key deadlines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement creative organizational solutions Qualifications 2+ years of project coordination, program coordination, administrative, or operations experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-directed work style MH456
