Job Description

General Description:
The LCS Nutrition Partnership Representative (NPR) is responsible for strategically developing and maintaining partnerships for Life360 Community Services' Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) Programs under the direction of the Director of Operations. This position serves as the primary liaison for prospective and newly onboarded school districts, churches, and community partners participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). The NPR will build strong, positive relationships with school leadership, church leadership, and community stakeholders while ensuring all onboarding, compliance, training, and operational requirements are completed in a timely and organized manner to support successful program launches and ongoing operations. This position plays a foundational role in the success of all FNS programs and is expected to exemplify the Mission, Vision, and Values of Life360 Community Services in every interaction.
Key CACFP Responsibilities:
1. Research and strategically identify school districts and schools that qualify for participation in the CACFP program. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective school districts, school administrators, and community partners. 3. Present the LCS Food and Nutrition Services Program to schools and explain all program expectations, compliance requirements, and operational procedures. 4. Secure new school partnerships by obtaining signed MOUs, site agreements, and all required onboarding documentation necessary for successful program implementation. 5. Coordinate and assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and organized startup for all newly approved school sites. 6. Schedule and oversee the completion of teacher and school staff training related to LCS Food and Nutrition Services program requirements and procedures. 7. Serve as the primary school liaison for participating CACFP school locations and maintain consistent communication with school contacts throughout the school year. 8. Conduct periodic follow-up training and support to ensure program understanding, compliance, and operational success. SFSP Program Responsibilities 9. Develop and maintain relationships with churches and community partners participating in SFSP programs throughout rural communities. 10. Communicate program expectations, operational needs, and compliance requirements to prospective and existing SFSP partners. 11. Obtain signed MOUs, site agreements, and all required documentation necessary to establish and maintain SFSP serving sites. 12. Work collaboratively with community partners to identify and secure qualified site supervisors for each serving location. 13. Research and evaluate rural communities and facilities to ensure sites meet all serving, operational, and compliance requirements. 14. Conduct site visits and facility assessments to ensure program readiness and compliance with all federal and organizational standards. General Responsibilities 15. Work closely with the Director of Operations, FNS Managers, Area Supervisors, and the entire FNS Team to ensure successful program growth and operations. 16. Report weekly to the FNS Team regarding outreach efforts, onboarding progress, operational needs, and partnership development activities. 17. Attend all required weekly meetings and maintain consistent communication with leadership and team members. 18. Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, reports, timelines, and organizational documentation related to onboarding and program operations. 19. Utilize technology effectively, including spreadsheets, email communication, digital recordkeeping, and program tracking systems. 20. Maintain organized timelines and workflows to ensure successful and timely program launches for all FNS locations. 21. Exemplify the Mission, Vision, and Values of Life360 Community Services in all interactions with schools, churches, partners, and team members. 22. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with operational needs outside of normal responsibilities during slower operational periods to support the success of the team. 23. Serve as a collaborative member of the LCS Feed Team and contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented team environment. 24. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, education, nonprofit leadership, or a similar field preferred 2. Driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record 3. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills 4. Strong organizational and project management abilities with a proven ability to manage timelines and follow through to completion 5. Ability to confidently present program expectations and compliance requirements to schools and community partners 6. Exceptional networking and partnership development skills 7. Ability to work independently while also functioning as an integral part of a collaborative team environment 8. Strong technology skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets, email communication, and digital reporting systems 9. Working knowledge of CACFP and SFSP regulations preferred 10. Ability to conduct training and communicate operational expectations clearly and professionally 11. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced operational environments 12. Must be willing to travel extensively throughout rural communities as needed 13. $23.42 - $25.00 per hour
