Quest Facilitator As Needed Position Purpose Statement:
The Quest Facilitator is responsible for planning and delivering school-age programming for children at the middle school site. This role focuses on creating engaging activities that promote a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all participants.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
A degree in Education is preferred but not required.
Experience & Skills:
Experience working with children in 5th through 8th grade is highly beneficial. Ability to develop and implement engaging activities for students. Must meet the standards established by the National Afterschool Association Accreditation .
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement activities that encourage student engagement and participation. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Follow policies, procedures, and job responsibilities outlined for a Vacation Station Facilitator . Participate in professional development opportunities provided by Vacation Station and the Francis Howell School District .
