Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Program Management Specialist opportunities in Saint Louis, MO.   • Responsibilities for a Program Management Specialist include but are not limited to:
  • Own end‑to‑end program delivery from intake and ideation through build, launch, and post‑launch review
  • Coordinate multiple projects and their interdependencies across teams and products
  • Track progress and milestones, ensuring programs stay on schedule and aligned to outcomes
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks/issues, escalating proactively when timelines or resources are at risk
  • Lead status forums and stakeholder communications, including readiness reviews and decision‑making meetings
  • Candidates for Program Management Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management
  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Jira (Workfront preferred; Confluence a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, dependencies, and resources
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including risk management and escalation
