This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by fostering independence, enhancing quality of life, and building strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners. As a key leader in program management, you will drive strategic initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality services aligned with organizational goals. Duties Develop, coordinate, and oversee regional programs designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring they meet community needs and organizational standards. Supervise program staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and effective team. Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial sustainability. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, service providers, and community stakeholders to promote collaboration and program success. Oversee the implementation of behavioral health strategies within programs to support positive outcomes for participants. Conduct regular site visits and program evaluations to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to regulatory standards. Lead efforts in program development by identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement within the region. Requirements Proven management experience with a track record of leading teams in social work or behavioral health settings. Extensive experience in program development and implementation for individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders including families, service providers, and community agencies. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment. Excellent administrative skills with experience in budgeting, documentation, and compliance monitoring. Knowledge of behavioral health practices relevant to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Background in social work or related fields is highly preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
