Job Description

Teen Educator This position reports to: Director of Programs The Teen Educator is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and completion of the assigned programs, reporting to the program staff any difficulties or successes, while remaining aligned with the work plans and strategies of the program and the goals of Delta Health Alliance.
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in education, social work or public administration/policy One year of related experience Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently toward goals and timeline
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute program scope, goals and deliverables with assistance of program leadership Implement and monitor timelines Represent the DHA in community activities and develop a positive working relationship with DHA partners Prepares program data for reviews of programs by program staff Use reporting systems to capture program data Identify additional collaborative opportunities with DHA partners Manage volunteers Other duties as assigned
