Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. This vital role involves directing service technician operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and fostering strong relationships with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills and multi-tasking Duties Coordinate service schedules, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs for customer equipment Manage communication between technicians, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth service delivery Develop and implement programs that support the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities within our service offerings Oversee administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping related to service activities Assist in budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation and program efficiency Supervise team members involved in program management and service delivery Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, community partners, and internal teams to enhance service quality Qualifications Solid administrative experience including record keeping, reporting, and budgeting Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail We value energetic professionals dedicated to growth, collaboration, and making a difference every day!
