• Full-time Summary Serves as a Supervisory Program Specialist responsible for leading and directing electrical and mechanical technicians in support of propulsion test activities at NASA's Stennis Space Center.

Plans and prioritizes work assignments, allocates tasks based on project requirements, evaluates technician performance, and identifies training and development needs to ensure employees maintain technical proficiency and support safe, effective test operations. Assigns work based on project priorities, task complexity, and the skills and capabilities of assigned technicians. Evaluates the performance of electrical and mechanical technicians and provides constructive feedback. Administers minor disciplinary actions, such as issuing warnings or reprimands, and recommends more serious measures when warranted. Identifies employee training and development needs and provides or arranges appropriate training opportunities.
