Job Description

Company Overview We are a licensed early childhood education facility offering a large, fun, and engaging school-age summer camp program, and we're hiring for Summer 2026! Overview The Summer Program Coordinator leads and manages our school-age summer camp, ensuring a safe, organized, and exciting experience for all children and staff. If you enjoy working with children and want a flexible, rewarding summer position, we'd love to hear from you.
Program Dates:
June 8th - August 25th (dates can be negotiated based on availability) Responsibilities Plan and implement a comprehensive summer camp program for school-age children Develop weekly activities and field trip schedules Supervise and support summer program staff, including lead teachers and assistants Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and safety standards Maintain accurate records, attendance, and program documentation Communicate effectively with families, staff, and administration Manage program supplies, scheduling, and daily operations Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for children Substitute in classes as needed Qualifications Must hold a valid Montana Class 2 Educator Licensure Experience working with school-age children in an educational or camp setting Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of early childhood licensing regulations and best practices CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must have valid drivers license
Compensation:
Starting at $19.00 per hour, which is open to negotiation.

From $19.00 per hour
