We're seeking an experienced Day Support Program Director to join our team and help us create meaningful opportunities for those we serve. About the Role As the Day Support Program Director , you'll oversee and manage our day support services, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire a team, develop impactful programs, and maintain the high standards that Connected Crew is known for. With your expertise and dedication, you'll play a key role in enriching the lives of individuals in our community. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:
  • Design, implement, and oversee day support programs to meet the needs of our participants.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and community partners.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budgeting to ensure program success. Required Skills and Qualifications To thrive in this position, you'll need:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and program management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
