Job Description

Are you an experienced administrator with a can-do attitude? Would you like to work in an international, vibrant and dynamic setting? Are you driven by teamwork? Your focus will be to provide administrative, high quality and professional support to the project teams and senior global leaders, utilizing a wide range of skills in a dynamic, high pace and complex business environment where sensitivity and confidentiality is required. As a Business Support Coordinator within Pharmaceutical Technology & Development (PT&D), you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining processes and enhancing productivity across our organization.
Hybrid:
3 days in office 2 days remote per week
Accountabilities:
As a Business Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing diaries for managers including travel arrangements, coordinating complex meetings and events in a fast-paced environment. Support can be provided to line managers as well as to different project teams. You can also contribute or drive development projects within our Global Business Support team to enhance our service to the broader PT&D.

High School Diploma At least 5 years of relevant administrative experience, confidently engaging with senior stakeholders. Experience from global working, managing onboarding processes and demonstrated customer service skills. Demonstrate specialist knowledge in business support activities, making every operation smoother and more efficient. Exhibit exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, keeping everything on track and in order. Skilled in various software, including Microsoft products, with desired expertise in MS Forms and Power Automate. Hands-on use of enterprise AI and automation tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows, scheduling, and standardize processes. Ability to create and format documents for consistent, professional appearance, aligning with company branding guidelines. Skilled in hybrid, in-person and virtual meeting arrangements. Ability to create, document and follow processes. Possess excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships and drive collaboration. Specialist knowledge in relation to administrative/business support activities in the relevant area. Desirable Skills/Experience Relevant vocational qualifications or equivalent experience.
