We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Networking Sales Strategy & Planning (S&P) GTM team. This role focuses on GTM Programs, Sales Acceleration, and GTM Execution-driving structured, cross-functional program delivery to scale the Networking business. The ideal candidate blends program management rigor, GTM intuition, and sales leadership-facing experience. You are comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, building frameworks and coordinating with field teams. Familiarity with Cisco's Networking portfolio and sales motion is a strong differentiator.
Key Responsibilities GTM Programs:
Design and manage strategic GTM programs. Develop charters, milestones, and success metrics. Track program health, surface risks, and ensure alignment with fiscal planning cycles.
Sales Acceleration:
Support initiatives improving seller productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal conversion. Coordinate with Sales, Enablement, and Marketing to deploy targeted plays and campaigns across the portfolio.
GTM Execution:
Drive end-to-end execution of GTM plans across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations. Prepare leadership updates (dashboards, QBR inputs), track actions, and optimize team operating rhythms (MBRs, QBRs). Requirements Minimum Requirements 5+ years of PM experience in a GTM, Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, or Sales Acceleration environment, managing cross-functional programs from design through execution.
Cross-Functional Execution:
Proven track record of coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to deliver programs on time; ability to influence without authority.
Executive Communication:
Ability to produce polished, leadership-ready deliverables (decks, scorecards, briefings) and present to senior sales leadership. Desired Skills Familiarity with Cisco s Networking business and portfolio (SD-WAN, Catalyst, Meraki, Routing, Wireless, Switching). Background in Sales Acceleration, GTM Execution, or Sales Enablement. strong analytical skills to distill complex inputs into dashboards and KPIs. Advanced PowerPoint/Excel skills; experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, or Asana. PMP/PgMP certification preferred.
