DEERS/RAPIDS ID
card services. The PM is responsible for ensuring compliance with all contract requirements, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with Government representatives, and managing personnel and resources to deliver uninterrupted mission-essential services. The PM has full authority to act on behalf of the contractor in all matters related to contract execution and must be available during normal operating hours. Required Qualifications US citizen with the ability to pass a federal background check Demonstrated experience managing service-based government contracts or programs Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage day-to-day operations Experience ensuring compliance with performance standards, quality control plans (QCP), and contract requirements Strong knowledge of DoD administrative processes and contractor oversight practices Ability to coordinate with Contracting Officer (KO), COR, and Government stakeholders Experience in workforce planning and maintaining staffing continuity Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Desired Qualifications Prior experience managing DEERS/RAPIDS or ID card service operations Familiarity with Installation Management Command (IMCOM) or similar military support environments Experience with quality assurance surveillance plans (QASP) and performance metrics Background in risk management, contingency planning, and mission-essential services PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification Experience managing large customer-facing service operations (high-volume environments) •This position is contingent upon contract award. nvcHWhNH9P
