Your Role in Our Mission As a Program Manager on the Employment team, your days will be filled with meaningful work! From leading the onsite team in creating a welcoming environment and providing high-quality patient care to carrying a small caseload to keep your clinical skills fresh, every day will be an opportunity to enhance both client outcomes and staff satisfaction. This critical team position supervises Program Supervisors, Administrative Coordinators, and Direct Support Professionals. Why Join Us? Education:

A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience supervising programs and teams. LCSW (A), LCMHC (A); dual licensure preferred LCAS (A)

Skills:

leadership and team management, clinical expertise, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must!
