Job Description
Position/Classification Title Administrative Support Spec Classification Type:
SHRA Position required to work during periods of adverse weather or other emergencies: N- Not Mandatory Minimum Experience/Education High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Possess good organizational skills, detail oriented and follow directions/instructions;
- Ability to work independently as well as be part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively.
- Meet with supervisor regularly to develop plans for STI, workforce development, and scholarship program activities;
- Coordinate with faculty members, administrators, students and staff to monitor progress of Unit activities; Plan with the Director/PI on approaches, procedures, and techniques to conduct research and outreach activities; Required Competency Budgeting Duties
