ABOUT THE LIGHTEN CENTER OF CONSCIOUSNESS & ACTION
The LightEn Center of Consciousness & Action (LCCA) is the home of LightEn US, which is part of the overall LightEn network. LCCA offers a dedicated space for deep personal and group transformation in service to LightEn's wider work, where inner development and outer responsibility are inseparably interwoven. LCCA is located in Marshall, NC, approximately 30-minutes north of Asheville. Within the 500-acre property, the center is comprised of approximately 125 structures (existing + planned) spanning 100 acres. The center features 76 guest cabins, two teaching spaces, an 8500+ sq ft spa, fitness center, auditorium, event space, dining hall, horticultural complex including a greenhouse & 2-acre garden, and over 7.5 miles of hiking trails.ABOUT LIGHTEN

offering experiential programs for spiritual and personal growth, fostering soul-infused action.ABOUT THE ROLE LCCA
is building a core curriculum that grounds our programmatic offerings in alignment with our partnerships to support long-term development and sustained Service. The Program & Partnerships Coordinator is a new position that will support co-creation of the systems and processes that enable LCCA's programmatic vision to come to life. This role will closely support the entire Programs & Partnerships team. They will help ensure thoughtful engagement with partners, guests, and participants, support clear communications and operational efficiency, and promote conditions for trusting and effective collaboration across the team. The person in this role must be detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and caring. They will serve as a logistical bridge between LCCA's team and external facilitators and partners.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitator Coordination:
Assist in the coordination, planning and execution of LCCA-hosted activities and be proactive in continually innovating and improving as we learn and grow. Liaise with facilitators, teachers and practitioners prior to events to confirm room layout, AV needs, arrival/departure timing, and onsite expectations. Create Program outlines and upload all logistics needs into shared team software (Triple Seat). Proactively communicate all facilitator needs and requirements across internal teams. Join planning meetings and take notes to capture and follow up on action items.Logistics and Operations:
Develop SOPs (standard operating procedures) and implement processes that support the Programs & Partnerships team Coordinate with internal departments regarding timing, schedules, turnaround timing, materials needed, and equipment preparation. Maintain and communicate updated records of room usage and event space set-up requirements. Track and communicate event timing changes across the team. Participant Support Provide warm and welcoming interactions with participants and guests with a sense of service to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Maintain a high level of confidentiality as it relates to all guest and business information. Liaise with key stakeholders to prepare and share participant information including agendas, reminders, and logistics. Ensure all materials are ready for sessions in print and/or digital format. Support attendance tracking and participant communication workflows. Event Execution Collaborate with the Housekeeping team on the set-up and breakdown of rooms before and after events, including mats, cushions, chairs, props, lighting, and ceremonial elements; and directly manage room set up and AV needs if housekeeping is unavailable, or whenever needed. Assist with AV set up and troubleshooting during events, including supporting video conferencing. Coordinate closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure spaces remain clean, orderly, and welcoming throughout events. General Coordination & Admin Manage the invoicing process, including gathering necessary information, confirming agreed fees, and submitting invoices to Finance for payment. Develop and maintain shared calendars and documentation systems. Assist with equipment and materials inventory. Support the Programs & Partnerships team with administrative tasks as needed. Offer guided tours of the property for potential partners and facilitators.SKILLS & QUALITIES

Experience coordinating multiple diverse stakeholders, internally and externally. Clear, warm, and reliable communicator. Resourceful, with the ability to complete tasks independently. Calm, grounded, and adaptable under pressure. Comfortable and capable of completing both administrative tasks and physical setup work. Energized about creating supportive environments that make participants feel at ease. An appetite for working with a sense of fluidity in a start-up and rapid-growth organization. Prior experience working in events, retreats, wellness centers, hospitality, or operations, preferred. Experience using Microsoft Office or equivalents. Previous experience using systems, databases and software such as Sales Force and Canva, a plus. Familiarity or experience setting up and troubleshooting AV systems, preferred.Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work full-time on-site. Ability to hear, speak and spend several hours on a laptop or using technological devices. Ability to walk, stand and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Time Requirements:
Full-time 40-hour a week schedule with occasional overtime available. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands, including some nights, weekends and holidays.Education & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role. Personal or professional experience with any of the programmatic offerings, preferred.SALARY + BENEFITS
: The hourly range for this role is $23-25 dependent on experience.
