Job Description

Join a collaborative Client Services team made up of dedicated professionals and supportive leaders who work together to deliver meaningful, people‑focused solutions. In this role, you'll contribute to programs that make a real impact for our clients while partnering with diverse stakeholders across the organization. You'll thrive in an environment that values thoughtful execution, strong relationships, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Why This Role Matters At Engage2Excel, Client Services is at the center of how we create memorable experiences for the people our clients depend on. As a Program Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing those experiences to life. You'll help ensure every interaction feels thoughtful, every detail is handled with care, and every client feels supported by a partner who truly understands their goals. Your Impact You'll be the steady, trusted presence our clients rely on — someone who listens closely, responds with confidence, and ensures their programs run smoothly from start to finish. Your work will directly influence how clients experience our partnership and how their people experience recognition. Guide clients through their program lifecycle, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident at every stage. Collaborate with internal teams to align timelines, resources, and deliverables so programs run seamlessly and meet expectations. Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to enhance processes, elevate outcomes, and strengthen the overall client experience. Serve as the central communication hub, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring every touchpoint is coordinated and consistent. Who Thrives Here This role is a great fit for professionals with at least three years of client‑focused experience who enjoy building relationships and solving problems with empathy and clarity. You'll thrive if you're comfortable navigating conversations, staying organized with tools like Microsoft Office, and working collaboratively in an environment that values continuous improvement. Helpful Experience Experience supporting client programs or service‑based accounts will help you step confidently into this role. Familiarity with order fulfillment, billing, or invoicing processes can also give you a strong foundation for understanding our clients' needs. Grow Your Career in Client Services This is a place where your work truly matters. You'll have opportunities to deepen your expertise, take ownership of meaningful client programs, and grow within a team that celebrates progress, encourages new ideas, and supports your development every step of the way. Why Engage2Excel Join a place where passion meets purpose. At Engage2Excel, you'll be part of a purpose‑driven culture that empowers you to do meaningful work every day. We offer flexible work options, comprehensive benefits, and a recognition experience that celebrates your impact. With continuous learning, ongoing career development, and countless opportunities to contribute to something bigger, you'll thrive in an environment designed to ignite your passion and amplify your purpose.
