We're hiring a Program Coordinator to lead daily operations and support a team serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). What You'll Do:

Oversee Program Operations Coordinate Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) and service delivery Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards Conduct audits and review records for accuracy Manage authorizations and required assessments (e.g., NCSNAP) Support Individuals Served Assist with intakes and service coordination Help address behavioral or service-related challenges Support community-based activities as needed Lead and Support Staff Maintain accurate records and systems (EHR/Epitomax) Track deadlines, documentation, and reporting Collaborate with leadership to improve processes Address day-to-day team needs and challenges

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Bachelor's degree (Human Services or related preferred) 2+ years of experience in IDD, behavioral health, or similar field Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead, multitask, and problem-solve

Preferred:
