The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Directors to oversee the daily operations of the organization. Assistant Director Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Directors in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives Manage student files and updating their annual paperwork, providing guidance and support to the classrooms as needed Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient operations Plan, organize, and implement special visitors overseeing proper documentation is on file Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and community members Support the Directors in implementing educational programs, Kaymbu expectations, FMS, and office binders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education administration Following all State and QA Goddard Standards Flexibility to step into any classroom as needed Ability to work morning and closing shifts Manage and Support our
Social Media Channels- Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Qualifications:
Associate s degree in Education or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred) Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting - Strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficient in strategic planning and problem-solving A genuine love for children and commitment to providing high-quality education Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements Wonder of Learning® is our exclusive education program designed to embrace how children learn best — through play and curiosity.
