95 Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required Prior program or project management experience preferred Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration Not applicable Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement projects aligned with departmental goals and operational needs Analyze data and generate reports, providing actionable recommendations and tracking progress, trends, and outcomes of ongoing initiatives Coordinate and support meetings, conferences, and committee activities; collaborate with staff and faculty to ensure effective execution Prepare financial, statistical, and narrative reports; support departmental budget activities including expenditure tracking and verification of financial transactions Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of major projects; provide guidance and support to team members as needed Develop communication and project tools such as forms, newsletters, and web content to support program success Draft and manage professional correspondence and reports, including materials that may influence decision-making or establish operational direction Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives in partnership with the Administrative Director Maintain and manage data within applicable systems to support quality reporting and operational performance Coordinate activities and provide support services to Medical School committees Perform other related duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Effective presentation, facilitation, and analytical abilities Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial tracking Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent software), including spreadsheets and presentation tools Work Environment Office-based setting with standard lighting and workspace conditions May experience interruptions and competing priorities Occasional pressure due to high volume of inquiries and deadlines Ability to provide coverage for staffing needs on short notice Physical Requirements Primarily sedentary role with extended periods of sitting Frequent use of hands/fingers for computer work Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching Requires effective communication abilities (talking, hearing, seeing) May involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items up to 20 lbs.
