In this position you will:
Assist in planning and preparation for various conferences, organizational events and workshops Proofread and edit documents Aid with maintaining websites and communication Prepare training and meeting materials Assist with mail duties and answering calls and emails Aid with greeting visitors and maintaining workplace coverage Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to learn new software programs. Preference will be given to applicants with design tool experience such as Canva and Adobe. Applicants must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment. To thrive in this position, you must have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and be organized, reliable and professional in a changing work environment. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this position, you are required to have a High School Diploma/GED and three years of work experience performing a variety of complex office support or Associate Degree in a business-related field and two years work experience. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Department of Career and Technical Education does not provide sponsorships. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel within the state of North Dakota. Applicant must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds unassisted.
