Job Description

Our team at Better Living Foster CareFamily Services is passionate about high quality, evidence-based services to the families and children we serve. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. Joining our teams provides you with the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. You will gain a certification in Family Centered Treatment and CEU's as you progress in this role. A bonus pay program is available. This position provides opportunities for growth and development within the company. This position must be a licensed mental health practitioner and will be responsible for overseeing and the implementation of the FCT Program and the quality of services provided to the families we serve. FCT is a home-based, evidence based treatment model for families experiencing complex symptoms of mental health and trauma. FCT focuses on the family as a unit and aims to change the emotional tone and interaction patters between the family members. This role involves providing clinical supervision to FCT Practitioners, ensuring program fidelity and maintaining high standards of services delivery. Key responsibilities will include supervision of practitioners, adherence to FCT model and maintaining program fidelity, collaboration with the Program Director to develop program goals and strategies, monitor and report on program outcomes, clinical supervision and consultation, building and maintaining relationships with community partners.
Compensation:
Salary $90,000. Full Time Benefits including $50,000 company paid life insurance policy, holiday pay, PTO, health insurance, dental, vision, LTD, STD, mileage and phone reimbursement, 401k plan (eligible after one year of employment), and a computer.
Time/Schedule Requirements:
This position is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work each week or more. Due to the nature of the position, hours of work could include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Position will require being on-call in the evenings, on weekends, and holidays.
Education/Certification Requirements:
Minimum of a LMPH in Nebraska or license-eligible in Nebraska Masters Degree in clinical counseling Minimum of two years experience working with children and families Strong understanding of FCT model and evidence-based practices preferred Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience preferred
