Program Manager III
Change Management Program with 7+ workstreams. Client onboarding while changing the platforms (infrastructure, print and facility operations). 12-18 effort with significant orchestration of timelines, solutions, status, etc. Ability to curate content for internal and possibly external communications. Town Halls, recorded interviews. Set a good example of the value of change management
speak to what could be possible for client beyond this one program. Lead specific IT projects that span print platform and facility operations. Silo teams
enforcing collaborative thinking and execute. Tracking status, deliverables, etc. Define/coordinate testing
input files, print cycle, facility operations (print job mgmt., inventory mgmt., etc). Navigate ambiguity and force actions. Strategic
engage with solutions and participate in the definition. Dot connector
bring clarity through visuals so broad conversations can take place. Execution
build timeline across silo teams and provide the timeline to the program timeline to align on dependencies and critical path. Tolerance for change
enforcing the teams to do things differently can be Exhausting.
