Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior leadership, serving as a trusted advisor while influencing decisions, aligning priorities, and ensuring transparency on program performance and risks. Synthesize complex information into clear, visual narratives that drive alignment and enable enterprise-wide decision-making. Develop and manage integrated program roadmaps, aligning strategic initiatives with detailed release plans in partnership with project managers. Lead large-scale transformation initiatives with a hands-on approach, ensuring practical execution and operational adoption. What's Needed? Proven experience in program management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope. Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills. Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business audiences. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives and visual reports.
