Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare programs and initiatives Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines to ensure seamless operations Supervise and develop program staff through effective hiring, training, and performance management Ensure all programs adhere to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies Collaborate with clinical leaders, administrators, and external partners to enhance program outcomes Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements proactively Prepare detailed reports and present updates to executive leadership and stakeholders Support strategic planning and initiatives for expanding healthcare services
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred) 5-10 years of experience in healthcare management, program leadership, or clinical operations Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking skills Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement practices Proven experience with budgeting, staff supervision, and cross-department collaboration Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
