Required Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Strong interest in coaching, teaching, and mentoring. Good understanding of the core MBA curriculum (with emphasis on accounting, marketing, corporate finance). Experience in project management or consulting engagements. Strong project management and mentoring aptitude. Understanding of early career business opportunities. Strong teamwork skills. Experience mentoring and/or tutoring undergraduate students or early career professionals is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with corporate valuation concepts & methods is a strong plus. Knowledge of recruiting practices and strong industry/functional expertise from preMBA careers is highly desirable. FLSA NonExempt Employment Category Temporary Part time

Expected Time Commitment:

Approx. 5 hours daily, SundayFriday, for the duration of the program; time commitment is estimated at 30 hours per week. Study Group Managers work mostly in the evening; and two mornings during the last two days of the Program. Study Group Managers are expected to contribute to Career Day, as needed. Additionally, Study Group Managers attend the evening Study Group Launch and Capstone Project Launch sessions.
