We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Operations Program Manager (OPM) to support multiple contracts in the Maritime Sensors and Systems (MSS) product area. Ensures program forecasts are updated accordingly and that all factories are aware of their future demand and staffing needs. Needs to identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks to program execution. Interface and coordinate production priorities within the Product Line. Reporting to the lead OPM for the MSS Product Area in Hudson NH

• SEAS factory.

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite 3-4 days per week and remotely 1-2 days per week. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typically, a bachelor's degree and 2 years work experience, or equivalent experience Takes accountability for performance Strong communication skills

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$79365

• $134921 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
