Come build your career with BAE Systems. Role Overview - Capture Team Leader The Electronic Attack Solutions Capture Team Leader champions new capability introductions at the pace of mission need. This position works in harmony with executing Contracted Research and Development (CRAD) projects focused on next‑generation capabilities. The goal of that collaboration is force multiplication.

The successful candidate will:

Build and execute capture strategies that draw on technology and expertise internally and from across industry. Shape internal investments. Partner with the CRAD team to ensure alignment with customer objectives. In short, you will be the programmatic architect of next generation capabilities. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Category Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience 8 + years of progressive capture, business development, or program management experience in defense aerospace. Direct exposure with electronic warfare is highly desirable. Clearance Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance (or existing clearance). Core Skills Capture planning and strategy development Competitive analysis Persuasive written and oral communication (proposal writing, briefings) Relationship building with government, industry, and internal stakeholders Strong business acumen Leadership Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence without direct authority, and drive decisions in a fast‑moving environment. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$149603 - $254317 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
