Program Manager (Keene, NH) Program Manager - Staffed Residences
Location:
Keene, NH Full-Time | Salaried | Includes Direct Care & On-Call Rotation Residential Resources is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Keene, NH, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in staffed residential homes. We're looking for a collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys being part of a team and believes that meaningful work can also be fun and rewarding. As a Program Manager, you will oversee the clinical, philosophical, and fiscal aspects of one or more staffed residences while maintaining an active presence in the home. This role includes direct care shifts, participation in the on-call rotation, and flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed when shifts are open. Some of the responsibilities of the manager's position include: Ensure the overall health, safety, and well-being of individuals supported Providing leadership and supervision to Direct Support Professionals Monitor clinical supports, behavioral plans, and medication administration Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation standards Support scheduling, payroll coordination, and program budgeting Facilitate team meetings and promote creative problem-solving Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and staff Step in to provide direct care support when needed Model professionalism, teamwork, and person-centered values We are looking for a manager who: Thrives in a team-based, collaborative environment Is organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Has strong conflict management and communication skills Enjoys working hard while maintaining a positive, fun atmosphere Understands the importance of dignity, choice, and independence Is comfortable balancing leadership, administration, and direct careWhat We Offer:

Professional and/or Personal experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or brain injuries is strongly preferred. Supervisory experience in human services or a related field preferred Minimum 3 years as a licensed driver Acceptable criminal and background checks Quality- Creativity
