Senior Manager of Day and LIFE-OP Programs Nashua Center - 3.3 Nashua, NH Job Details Full-time From $70,000 a year 3 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Job Summary Nashua Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Manager - Day Services and LIFE-OP to lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Responsibilities Supervise and manage staff to ensure efficient daily operations Oversee scheduling, documentation, record-keeping, and compliance Ensure services align with Individual Service Agreements (ISA) Document monthly progress notes on health, safety, and goal outcomes Train and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Review data and documentation for compliance and quality standards Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies Support program development and organizational growth Assist individuals with physical needs, including lifting/transferring Complete medication administration and required training Promote person-centered care and Social Role Valorization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of experience in human services with supervisory experience Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or brain injuries Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Skills Microsoft 365 proficiency Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Experience with electronic documentation systems Passion for providing compassionate care
