POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Senior Program Director, the Youth Program Director is responsible for managing activities associated with our School Age Child Care (before/after school), Summer Camp, Youth Sports Programs, and Youth Enrichment Programs. This includes the administration of these programs to ensure that they create opportunities for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility at the Somerset hills YMCA. •This job is fully on-site without opportunities for remote work.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent experience Two to Three years related experience as a coordinator or supervisor required. Working knowledge of the State of NJ Department of Children and Families Office of Licensing preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.Similar remote jobs
