Duties Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive programs aligned with organizational goals and community needs. Lead and supervise program staff and volunteers, providing mentorship and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage all aspects of program operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Cultivate partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and funders to expand program reach and impact. Oversee marketing efforts through social media management and outreach campaigns to increase visibility and engagement. Collect, analyze, and report data on program outcomes to inform continuous improvement efforts. Facilitate public speaking engagements and presentations to promote programs and foster community support. Coordinate fundraising activities and grant applications to secure funding for ongoing projects. Oversee administrative functions such as recruiting staff and volunteers, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with policies. Requirements Proven experience in management, supervising teams, or leading community programs. Strong background in program development, project management, and social work or public health fields focusing on people who use drugs and individuals who are at risk for HIV and sexually transmitted infections. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently. Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media management tools for outreach purposes. Experience in data collection methods and analyzing program metrics for reporting purposes. Familiarity with addiction counseling or public health initiatives is a plus. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Administrative experience including recruiting staff or volunteers, budgeting, and record-keeping.
