$58,323.00•$59,508.00 Bancroft is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Manager to lead operations within an adult group home in Cherry Hill, NJ, supporting individuals with neurological disabilities. This role is ideal for a mission-driven professional who is passionate about rehabilitation, therapeutic support, and enhancing quality of life. As a Program Manager, you will oversee daily program operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. You will play a key role in coordinating rehabilitation and therapy-focused services, promoting independence, and fostering a safe, supportive living environment for residents.Responsibilities:

Lead & Supervise Staff:
Provide daily leadership, training, and performance management to direct care staff, including scheduling, evaluations, coaching, and professional development.Oversee Program Operations:
Manage all aspects of the group home's daily operations across shifts, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment.Ensure Compliance:
Maintain adherence to all state, federal, and accreditation standards (including DDD, HIPAA, and CARF), as well as organizational policies and procedures.Support Quality Care:
Oversee implementation of individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.Manage Staffing & Budget:
Monitor staffing levels, control costs, and support budget management to ensure efficient program operations. Participate inHiring:
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding staff, as well as addressing performance and disciplinary actions when needed.Coordinate Care & Services:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, therapists, medical professionals, and families to support each individual's goals.Maintain Documentation:
Ensure accurate and timely completion and review of all required reports, records, and compliance documentation. Advocate forIndividuals Served:
Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life while addressing concerns and supporting individual needs.Ensure Health & Safety:
Maintain a safe environment, follow emergency procedures, and uphold standards related to behavior plans and care protocols. Provide Direct Support (as needed): Step in to assist with hands-on care and coverage when required.Foster Communication:
Maintain strong communication with staff, individuals served, families, and stakeholders.Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
An incumbent in this position who has graduated from an accredited college with a BA in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Social Work, Recreation, Art, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Nutrition, Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Psychology AND possesses at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. High School diploma or equivalent required with two-three years in the Human Services or related field. Prior management experience and a strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals. BA in a related field plus one year of related experience preferred. Brain Injury/BIS Day Treatment Program Managers are required to achieve certification from the American Academy for the Certification of Brain Injury Specialists (AACBIS) within the first 18 months of employment, and maintain ongoing annual certification requirements.EEO Statement:
