Job Description

We provide a range of supports including personal care, behavioral services, and community-based programming. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional who is committed to making a meaningful impact. Position Overview This role is responsible for overseeing multiple service programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting staff, and maintaining high-quality care for individuals served. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and lead team meetings related to program operations and client care Review and recommend updates to service plans in collaboration with Support Coordinators and Case Managers Maintain strong knowledge of Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) regulations, policies, and licensing requirements Ensure all programs remain compliant with state and federal regulations, including DDD and DHS standards Supervise and support program supervisors to promote positive outcomes for individuals served Guide staff in assessing client needs and strengths using observation and appropriate assessment tools Promote appropriate programming and support systems tailored to each individual Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and program manuals Conduct regular program visits and provide supervision to program supervisors Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits to maintain quality and compliance Develop and manage staff schedules as needed Oversee implementation of care plans and ensure accurate documentation Provide regular updates and reports to the Program Director, including monthly reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Valid driver's license Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Successful completion of all required training programs Must cooperate with licensing inspections and regulatory reviews CompensationBenefits We offer a competitive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Life insurance coverage 401(k) plan with access to financial advising Performance-based bonus opportunities Employee referral incentives Birthday incentives Paid time off Discounted services with a chiropractor, personal trainer, and nutritionist APluscare Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining an inclusive workplace.
