Program Manager

Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a program manager for one of their electronic companies local to Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This individual will be assisting in managing and acting on needed marketplace activities. Additionally, they will be leveraging the consumer data received to make profitable decisions for the business. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of a challenge and gets excited by having the opportunity to have their decisions directly impact the sales team. This position is 5 days a week on site from Monday to Friday. • 5+ years of experience managing or scaling eCommerce or marketplace platforms with clear ownership of revenue and performance
• Strong analytical skill set with hands-on experience analyzing traffic, conversion, promotions, and funnel performance (Excel required)
• Proven ability to drive GTM strategy, category growth, and business planning across monthly and quarterly cycles
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, analytics, and external partners Experience at fortune 1,000 Companies, focused in e-commerce (TikTok

STRONGLY

preferred, Amazon, E-Bay, Walmart)

• Marketplace or omnichannel experience within consumer electronics, audio, IoT, or connected devices
• Advanced analytics or visualization experience (Tableau preferred) MBA or background in strategy, finance, or program management
