If not, your application will not be seen.•One Simple Wish is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that brings hope, love, and joy to children and young adults impacted by foster care and crisis through our wish-granting platform at onesimplewish.org. One Simple Wish is looking for a highly dependable Wish Program Coordinator to join our small but mighty team in our Ewing, NJ office. This is an entry-level position that offers paid, on-the-job training. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working with Community Partners to gather required information for wishes, mainly via email Editing wishes for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and flow using our proprietary platform Ensuring each wish fits within program guidelines Identifying critical wishes, time-sensitive needs, and wishes to highlight on social media Fulfilling wishes by purchasing items and services online or via phone Marking wishes received as needed and updating notes to wish granters Entering wishes for special events and campaign periods Posting and commenting on social media at least 3x per week to share wishes and impact stories using an OSW account Ongoing support of Community Partners via Zoom, phone, and email Sharing thank you messages from wish granters and recipients with the OSW Team Assists, as needed, with Love Hope Joy events Assists, as needed, in The Giving Space Customer service support for info mailbox The person we're looking for… Has excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail. Creative writing skills are a huge plus.
