Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Unit Admin/Specialist - Workforce Wellness for the Family and Community Health Sciences Department within the New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station (NJAES). Among the key duties of this position are the following: Coordinates and provides comprehensive administrative program support for nutrition education initiatives, including planning and coordination of online workshops. Develops educational materials for virtual nutrition, physical activity and wellness sessions, with possible cooking demonstrations. Assists in maintaining and updating social media platforms; create engaging posts to promote programs and events. Tracks, compiles, and maintains administrative records, including attendance data, success stories, reports, and required documentation for grant and program reporting. Performs administrative and operational functions such as data management, records maintenance, filing, and coordination of research, evaluation, and compliance activities in support of program operations. Performs other duties to support the grant as assigned. FLSA Nonexempt Salary Details $24 - $25 per hour Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. Strong organizational and communication skills for participant recruitment and program coordination. Proficiency in social media management and basic content creation. Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and record keeping. Preferred Qualifications Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) to support bilingual outreach.
