Overall Responsibilities:
Dive into the heart of Trust & Safety as a Senior Program Manager, where you'll architect and champion quality measurement frameworks for our expansive enforcement and labeling ecosystem. Be the driving force behind metrics, monitoring tools, and reporting processes that proactively unearth and resolve critical quality challenges. Forge powerful partnerships across teams to guarantee the integrity of our data and decisions, the bedrock of effective enforcement and AI model training. You should be someone who thrives on digging into the details, challenging existing methodologies, and translating technical insights into tangible business impact. This role blends strategic program management with technical flair and statistically-sound metrics, requiring you to be a trusted, authoritative voice for quality with cross-functional stakeholders. Top 3Daily Responsibilities:
Ensure that Trust & Safety has the metrics and tools in place to proactively detect any quality-related issues throughout its expansive enforcement and labeling ecosystem Independently own and maintain the quality measurement and reporting strategy for a high-complexity portfolio of PAs Challenge the status quo by designing and building system-level insight reporting that supports hybrid and automated moderation environments Partner closely with key stakeholders and build consensus to design a comprehensive and trusted quality measurement system Develop product-level expertise to be able to effectively design and maintain the quality measurement strategy to meet evolving business needs Represent T&S Quality in front of XFN leadership and gain and maintain their trust in how quality is being measured. Use data to tell stories that drive upstream product or policy improvements. Proactively detect quality issues, flag risks associated with lack of independent oversight, and initiate root-cause corrective actions (RCCAs) to maintain high precision and recall targets. Identify and leverage Applied AI for driving efficiency and scalability in our quality management processesMandatory Skills/Qualifications:
You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management, with a history of managing complex, large-scale initiatives Experience in Trust and Safety or a related operations-heavy field Experience in internal stakeholder management and building consensus across cross-functional teams SQL knowledge and experience working with multiple large datasets Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to drive impactful storytelling at the leadership level Preferred qualifications Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable Experience in quality measurement and management or a related measurement field Demonstrated experience in designing and working with metrics Experience with Generative AI development and evaluationsSimilar remote jobs
