We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Facilitator / Life Skills Instructor to lead structured group sessions focused on personal development, life skills, and goal-setting within a federal program environment at FCI Fort Dix (NJ). This role is ideal for professionals with experience in education, counseling, coaching, or reentry programs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate structured group sessions (life skills, mindset, personal development) Engage and motivate participants in a classroom-style setting Support program structure and participant progress Collaborate with program staff and leadership

Schedule:

Part-time (approx. 25 hours/week) Monday-Friday (daytime hours)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (required) Experience in: Teaching / education Counseling or coaching Workforce development or reentry programs Strong communication and group facilitation skills

Preferred:

Experience working with adults in structured environments Background in behavioral programs or correctional settings
