Job Description

As the Program Coordinator, you will coordinate a team that provides support and case management services to adults in Burlington County who experiencing issues that often occur concurrently with an Opioid Use Disorder in the hopes of maintaining recovery for as long as possible and prevent future overdose.
Schedule:
Full-time; Monday-Friday with 2 evening shifts per week
Salary:
$51,620.61/year
Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative oversight to case managers and recovery specialists in the program; Conducts team meetings per agency standards; Conducts individual supervisions per agency and licensing standards; Recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team; Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to employees and ensures timely feedback including performance appraisals; Oversight of quality assurance and performance improvement activities related to contracting and agency requirements; Ensure programs are meeting productivity, Level of Service (LOS) targets; Ensure staff are meeting agency standards for productivity based on agency's community-based expectations; Communicate regularly with state-based coordinators for questions and monthly/quarterly data submissions; Monitor staff provision of comprehensive case management assessment that addresses life domains such as housing, finances, transportation, legal services, vocational employment, health care, and family strengths/needs; Provision of direct case management services to consumers, including recovery planning; Use engagement skills to motivate and encourage individuals to voluntarily access services that would assist them in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including referrals to higher level of care when needed Provision of crisis intervention as needed;

Philosophy Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a human services field; CADC or Master's degree in health, psychology, counseling education or other behavioral health profession preferred. 3 years' experience working with high needs individuals with substance use disorders preferred. Valid Driver's License required.
