Job Description
C-Neta Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Program Coordinator for our ABA and other disability support programs. The Program Coordinator manages daily ABA and disability supports operations, including staffing, scheduling, recruitment, customer service, reporting, and administrative tasks. Additionally, they actively support caseload growth to meet the program's strategic objectives.
Summary of Essential Functions:
Case Management & Service Coordination Intake Processing :
Assess new referral service needs against established criteria.Insurance Verification :
Confirm proper insurance eligibility for all children.Service Onboarding :
Coordinate therapeutic services by collecting intake packets and collaborating with clinical and recruiting teams.Care Alignment :
Collaborate with the clinical treatment team to ensure fully coordinated services.Scheduling & Operational Oversight Provider Scheduling :
Coordinate weekly service schedules for assigned providers.Service Tracking :
Maintain a schedule of key deadlines for each individual case.Billing Support :
Collect and verify weekly service hours and documentation to ensure accurate billing.Client Relations & Quality Assurance Family Engagement :
Meet with clients and parents within initial contact timelines and maintain weekly follow-up meetings.Stakeholder Relations :
Establish and maintain communication channels with all relevant parties.Efficacy Monitoring :
Partner with clinical teams to monitor service effectiveness and reassess ongoing needs.EHR Documentation :
Maintain precise, compliant documentation of all care coordination and case management in the electronic health record.Education & Experience Minimum Requirement :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.Preferred Majors :
Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. xperienceRequirements Operations Management :
5+ years of professional management experience required.Industry Focus :
Prior experience in medical, behavioral health, PT, OT, or similar healthcare office operations strongly preferred.Staff Leadership :
5 to 7 years of experience managing and developing staff preferred.Customer Retention :
Proven track record of building and retaining customer relationships.Target Backgrounds :
Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers are highly encouraged to apply.Skills & Core Abilities Leadership & Teamwork :
Strong staff management and rapport-building skills.Communication :
Superb active listening and communication skills tailored for management, staff, and client families.Execution :

Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet project deadlines.Process Administration :
Ability to enforce and administer center processes uniformly across the location.Professionalism :
Professional appearance and business presentation required.Computer & Technical Skills Microsoft Office :
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.Communication Tools :
High proficiency in professional email correspondence and Outlook.Data Management :
Strong ability to work within databases, track operational processes, and maintain accurate records.Pay:
$45,500.00 - $57,200.00 per yearBenefits:
