Job Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate daily activities, including art projects and creative workshops, that encourage self-expression and social interaction. Manage group dynamics, addressing any issues that arise on-site with confidence and compassion. Develop engaging activities for free time, ensuring that all participants are included and engaged. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive environment. Provide support and guidance to participants, helping them develop social skills and confidence. Document daily activities and progress, sharing insights with the broader team.

Qualifications:

Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a day program or similar setting. Strong artistic skills and creativity, with the ability to inspire others. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Passion for working with individuals of diverse abilities and backgrounds. Ability to adapt activities to meet the varied needs and interests of participants. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
