Job Description
NetSuite Program Manager Job Summary Seeking an experienced NetSuite Program Manager to lead a large-scale NetSuite ERP implementation for a Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences organization. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation programs. Manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams. Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder meetings. Manage stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and project teams. Track risks, issues, dependencies, and governance activities. Provide executive status reporting and drive successful project delivery. Required Qualifications 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience leading enterprise implementations. Proven NetSuite ERP implementation experience. Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and reporting skills. Expertise in project scheduling, risk management, and governance. Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification. Experience with ERP transformation, change management, and organizational readiness.
