Integrity House operates 16 licensed treatment programs across New Jersey as well as community outreach and prevention programs and serves over 3,000 individuals every year. We are excited to announce our Program Manager opening in Secaucus, NJ ! The program manager is responsible for maintaining clinical oversight and accountability of the residential program. The program manager is responsible for bridging the gap between front line staff and program leadership, implementing all organizational/strategic changes, enhancing existing services, and positive outcomes with direction from the Director/Senior Director. Primary Duties and Responsibilities of a
Program Manager:
1. Maintain compliance with DOH Licensing Regulations under the guidance of program Administrator and Director of Substance of Abuse Counseling a) Participate in audits/inspections b) Develop and implement plan of correction c) Ensure service delivery per Annex A and/or other contractual guidance d) Ensure safety of all clients, program staff and infrastructure e) Complete all safety drills and inspections as scheduled and/or needed 2. Manage Program Budget under the direction of the Director/Senior Director a) Review and approve program billing b) Address and correct areas where service delivery is not optimized, resulting in failure to capture revenue c) Keep all costs within or under budget and forecast future budget needs d) Make adjustments to expenses as aligned with budget e) Monitor program costs and spending 3. Enhance Service Delivery & Program Model a) Evaluate program strengths and identify areas of improvement, quarterly as identified in the Annual Performance Improvement Plans. b) Implement and manage changes to ensure project goals and objectives are met for grants and special initiatives including producing accurate and timely reporting. c) Complete weekly clinical file reviews to ensure 100% service delivery, timely treatment planning, and other relevant areas of clinical care. d) Monitor and ensure Annex A service delivery, including treatment authorizations, and timely submission of billing. e) Foster a drug free environment, including the use of unscheduled/scheduled drug screening of clients. f) Respond to all client concerns, where needed. g) Ensure client satisfaction by soliciting feedback, client satisfaction surveys, and 4. Staff Development a) Provide administrative supervision of all program staff b) Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate all program staff—with KPIs and measurable business and developmental goals c) Coordinate with Human Resources and Director/Senior Director to address personnel related issues 5. Maintain a caseload of clients. d) Provide individual counseling, driven by client treatment plan and needs. e) Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and re-evaluate clients utilizing evidenced based tools. f) Provide group counseling using evidenced based curricula. g) Collaborate with stakeholders to provide care coordination for the client. h) Engage families in family counseling where client permits. i) Crisis management and weekly care coordination for all clients. j) Must document all services in client's file. Education, Licensure and Qualifications for a
Program Manager:
Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, required.
Clinical Licensure:
LSW or LAC, required.
Clinical Licensure:
LCSW, LPC, LCADC
; dual credential preferred (LCADC), preferred A valid NJ Driver's License, required At least two (2) years' experience in human services fieldwork, minimum of one years in supervisory capacity Knowledge of withdrawal management, preferred Must obtain clinical supervision certificates (ACS, CCS, and/or Social Work) within one year of eligibility. Knowledge about recovery, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, and the value of peers (recovery specialist) In depth knowledge about mental health and substance use disorders Strong and proven leadership experience
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. The Program Manager works in a residential care setting and may be required to work outside of the standard work schedule and is also required to be on-call outside of the work hours.
