Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Telephone Reassurance Program Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this vital role serving seniors in Ocean County, you will serve as the frontline ambassador, reaching out to clients via phone to provide reassurance, support, and essential information. Your energetic approach will help foster trust and connection, ensuring clients feel valued and cared for. You will also recruit, train, and oversee volunteers assisting in reassurance telephone calls to participants. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while utilizing your excellent communication skills and customer service expertise. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to clients, offering reassurance, check-ins, and support tailored to their needs Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions using data entry and Microsoft Office tools Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy Utilize strong phone etiquette to create a positive experience for each client contact Collaborate with team members to coordinate follow-up actions and ensure seamless service delivery Analyze call data to identify trends, improve outreach strategies, and enhance program effectiveness Experience Previous call center experience or roles involving outbound calling is highly preferred Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on the senior population as well as client satisfaction and relationship building Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to the client base Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, along with solid computer skills for data entry and documentation Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and professional phone etiquette Experience in analysis or reporting of call data to inform program improvements is advantageous Familiarity with customer support or client services roles that require patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities Join us as a Telephone Reassurance Program Coordinator and become an essential part of a team committed to delivering heartfelt support to seniors in Ocean County through every call.
