Program Coordinator

Project Live, a non-profit with over 40 years' experience in the mental health field, seeks a qualified candidate to work with staff providing services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness living in agency or scattered site apartments throughout Essex County. The program coordinator is responsible for direct supervision of Bachelor's level staff, ensuring visits take place as scheduled, services are provided as per rehabilitation plans and documentation is completed as per funding regulations. The coordinator will also, as needed, conduct needs assessments and develop service plans with individuals. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working with adults with mental illness, good organizational skills, is detail oriented and has some experience supervising others.

Required :

valid NJ driver's license, Masters' degree in Social Work from an accredited program with appropriate license (LSW), and, a minimum of one year of supervisory experience.

$68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
