Abortion Care :
At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Comfortable discussing sexuality and delivering curricula Must reside in New Mexico Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required Experience working with individuals with intellectual and neurodevelopmental disabilities preferred. What You'll Do:
Deliver Outstanding Sexual Health Education:
The core of your job is teaching sexual health curricula and ensuring others have access to the learning and empowerment it offers. You use data to monitor progress and measure success, learn from what works and what could be improved, and look for ways to increase reach. To do this, you will: Teach sexual health curricula and lesson plans to priority audiences. Maintain and promote program goals and objectives. In collaboration with the Program Manager, educate community about RSEI offerings Provide specialized outreach and education to priority populations. Provide participants with appropriate community resources. Assist in program development and evaluation. Collect and monitor program data for tracking and monthly reporting. Administer intakes and assessments to program participants. Use technology to assist in data entry, delivering education sessions, and communicating with community members. Contribute to a

You are a collaborative member of a team that is oriented toward meeting internal goals and supporting the agency in meeting its broader goals and outcomes. You model our core values and constantly look for ways to contribute in positive ways, bringing much-needed skill, capacity, and energy to our collective work. To do this, you will: Assist in the development of new material and innovative strategies to improve educational programs through taskforce participation. Maintain relationships with community partners in an effort to sustain opportunities for PPRM educational programs. Actively participate in and complete training provided by PPRM and other organizations that are necessary to job function. Meet regularly with program manager for observation, guidance, and to provide input on programs. Represent PPRM as a brand ambassador and work to ensure the community has knowledge of PPRM mission programs and services.
Salary Range:
$25.28 - $30.19 Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for new hires is $25.28 - $27.73 and based on related professional experience
Additional Pay:
+$1.25/hour for Spanish fluency (upon passing test)

COVID-19
Protocol:
Vaccination against
COVID-19
will no longer be a condition of employment. However, all Health Center/Patient or Community Facing Employees, must have the COVID vaccine or wear a mask at all times beginning November 1st. Flu Protocol:
All employees working directly with patients, the community or working in a health center will be required to have the flu shot or wear a mask during patient/community contact or while in the health center from November 1 - April 30 each year (Flu Season).
