Job Description

Generous pay PTO and paid holidays Career growth within your practice and the region Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K & more Hero Practice Services is currently seeking a Vision Outreach Program Coordinator to execute community-based outreach programs for our pediatric vision practices within a given region. This position will report to the Rural Vision Outreach Manager. This role will travel within our surrounding communities and regional practices on a regular basis (approximately 60% of the time), including overnight stays for 2-3 days/week.
Pay range:
$42K-$57K/yr Job Responsibilities Oversee our mobile vision program in a variety of communities throughout the state Build and maintain trusting relationships with community partners Educate members of our communities on the importance of vision care within your assigned region Drive increase access to care for children in rural communities Connect families to services offered by the company and our partners Create a larger patient base for our practices through community programs, outreach, and grassroots marketing initiatives Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children Job Qualifications Previous experience in a vision environment Bilingual in Spanish a plus Ability to work weekends and 10+ hour days when necessary Past experience planning and executing events a plus At least two years of experience in managing a team Exceptional interpersonal skills including excellent written communication and speaking ability Proficiency with using Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 In addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.
Pay:
$42,000.00 - $57,000.00 per hour
