Experiential Learning Program Coordinator Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada Las Vegas, NV | Full-time Pay Range $19.00 - $21.50 About the Role Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada is seeking an Experiential Learning Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of our experiential learning programs, Betty's Junior Achievement BizTown and Junior Achievement Finance Park. This role is focused on structured program execution, simulation-day operations, volunteer support, and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. The Experiential Learning Program Coordinator owns the flow, professionalism, and completion of each program day while working within established program models, procedures, and timelines. This is a cross-trained role supporting both programs and is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, hands-on work, clear expectations, and seeing tasks through from start to finish. What You'll Do Lead simulation days confidently and professionally, including facilitating the simulation process on the microphone Prepare for program days by following established setup, reset, and operational procedures Facilitate structured volunteer training and check-in Provide consistent, on-site support to volunteers, educators, and students throughout the program day Ensure program delivery aligns with established models, guidelines, and quality standards Assist with basic technology troubleshooting and coordinate with IT support as needed Support program software setup and reporting as directed by the Experiential Learning Manager Monitor inventory of program materials and communicate supply needs in a timely manner Collaborate with other education staff and participate in the Board Education Committee Represent Junior Achievement professionally during program delivery Ensure timely and accurate completion of post-simulation documentation and data entry What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing work accurately and on time Clear, professional communication skills, including comfort with public speaking Ability to work effectively with students, volunteers, and educators from diverse backgrounds Team-oriented, dependable, and conscientious Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistency Strong organizational skills and follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; database or CRM experience preferred (Blackbaud a plus) Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience Prior experience coordinating or supporting volunteers preferred Additional Requirements Successful completion of civil, criminal, and motor vehicle background checks Successful completion of drug testing Ability to work in multiple environments, lift at least 25 pounds, and sit or stand for extended periods of time Why Join Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada offers a stable, mission-driven work environment where attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism are valued.
