Overview Join our dynamic team as a Client Consultant, where you will be the driving force behind building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Duties Develop and maintain deep relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their business goals and challenges. Manage client accounts efficiently using Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, preferences, and progress. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product specialists to deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs. Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services, coordinating resources and timelines effectively. Conduct analysis of client data to identify opportunities for upselling or process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining a positive client experience. Support the sales process by presenting product features, demonstrating value propositions, and assisting in contract negotiations. Requirements Proven experience in project management, account management, or sales within SaaS or financial services industries. Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and sales pipelines. Excellent communication skills—able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to analyze data for insights that inform strategic decisions and client recommendations. Knowledge of customer relationship management strategies combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Familiarity with marketing principles and how they integrate into client engagement strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. $51,366.77 - $61,861.05 per year
